In hot climates especially, WeatherStopper Plus™ is an ideal choice for carports and patio covers;
the highly reflective top surface deflects heat while the insulated core prevents heat from being conducted to the bottom surface. As a result, air underneath is cooler.

The moisture and mildew-resistant core are factory-bonded between two low maintenance aluminum skins.
Panel Lock
Panel locks produce clean seams and require no fasteners, which means no unsightly screws. The interlocking foam increases insulation by minimizing gaps that allow air penetration.
Gutter System
External gutters, nothing is sturdier or handles more rain that the heavy gauge, extruded one-piece double-catch gutter system. And to accommodate ceiling fans, WeatherStopper Plus™ panels are available with sturdy hidden fan beams.

Basic Solid Shade Cover
Here is an example of a White cost-efficient shade cover. Unlike an unsightly carport, this affordable solid shade cover features the benefits of a 3" thick insulated foam panel that carries the same manufacturers lifetime warranty as to the Ultra Lattice products. Not only will it protect your outdoor furniture from the harsh elements, but it will also provide you with years of maintenance-free enjoyment. Wiring for a ceiling fan and light can also be provided and installed with the Solid shade cover as well as the Lattice shade cover at no additional charge. An optional gutter system and downspout kit were installed on this solid shade cover to divert rainwater away from the pool.
Solid Shade Cover w/ Santa Fe Package
The Santa Fe Package upgrade option is one of our most popular upgrades. For a small additional charge, you can add a touch of class to your solid shade cover. This homeowner went a step further and also upgraded to 10" diameter Permacast Columns. Not only do our solid shade covers provide necessary protection for outdoor entertaining during the hottest months of the year, but they also provide insulation from the heat as well. With its manufacturers lifetime warranty this product is far more superior than any other and will retain its durability and beauty indefinitely.

The design capabilities are endless! We've combined the best of both worlds with this Combination Solid / Lattice shade cover. This project shown utilizes several of the design options that are available to the homeowner. Notice the subtle curve on the lattice shade cover which follows the flow of the patio.
