All of the work was well thought out and well planned and implemented. From the drawings, to the coordination to the install itself all top drawer. Hi Randall,
I wanted to send an email and thank you for coming out yesterday to reinstall those caps that had been knocked off by that big hail storm. That hail was almost as large as a tennis ball and it didn't damage the patio cover although it did do significant damage to my roof, vent covers, and ventilation covers. I think that is a testimony to the durability of your product. Also, I think it is important to mention the excellent service that you provide. It had been over a year since this cover had been installed and you responded within a few days of my call to replace the caps at no charge. Lastly, I want to comment on the cover itself. As you recall the rear of our house faces west and the sun was a real killer until the patio cover was installed. My family and I have certainly enjoyed the back last summer after the installation. We feel that it has been a worthwhile investment and only wished that we had had it done sooner.

At 11:00A.M. this morning a gentleman from South Arlington stopped at my house to advise me he was admiring the Patio cover that B & R installed early this year, he also stated that he had taken a picture of it from the street, he asked if I minded that he did that, I said of course not. I gave him your name and phone number immediately and asked he and his wife to come in and take a closer look at the patio cover, they were very impressed and advised me he would be contacting you for a meeting. Unfortunately I didn't get their name and number, but I did inform them of how pleased we were with your professionalism and quality of your work, which was no exaggeration.
